Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
