Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/wrong product.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
